9. Meditation, 1995

Pargas came to be the hometown for one of the most popular lyricists in swedish-speaking Finland through the 20th century. The sculpture by Alla Keskisalo-Johansson Mediation (1995) is honoring the memory of Viola Renvall (1905-1998). The sculpture is placed in the beautiful park which is named after Viola Renvall. In the summer months 700 roses bloom in the park, making it one of the pearls in the center of Pargas.
